Looking for a better and different way to question candidates so you can select new employees who have what it takes to be successful on the job and not just in an interview?
This workshop will provide strategies and skills for interviewing entry-level, experienced, professional and managerial employees that will help your supervisors and HR professionals base their hiring decisions on more than a gut feeling.
This phenomenally effective behavioral approach to interviewing, developed by Paul Green, teaches hiring staff to probe job candidates for past experience that will effectively predict future job performance. The behavioral model focuses on job analysis, "core" behavioral questions, contrary evidence questions and follow-up probes.
This workshop includes practice exercises and a viewing of the 2005 video of "More than a Gut Feeling, III". Participants will receive a list of "best ever" sample interview questions to get them started and keep interviews on track.
Our presenter, Diane Lustenader, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, GRP, is president of Lake Associates, Inc., a human resources consulting firm she founded in January 1994.
