   Recent Events:

  • Our February 2nd program, “Auditing for Adverse Impact: Background Screening, Employment Testing, and Reduction in Force” was well received.  One attendee noted:  "The program was good. It was good to see another side of Adverse Impact. For me I usually think of it in the testing process and never had thought about how it is affected in other processes. They had step by step examples which were helpful. The conversation was expanded to discipline, terminations, etc. Very interesting."

  • Our afternoon program on Friday, January 6: "Improper Practices and Representation Proceedings" with Norma Meacham and Robert Schofield, Esqs., of Whiteman, Osterman, and Hanna was superb.  And we celebrated the anticipated new one arriving soon at Phil Kelly's home - a little brother for Rosie!

  • The Chapter held its Annual Kick-Off program at the Alfred E. Smith Building on September 8, 2011.  Robert B. Ward and Nicholas J.
